We were thinking of moving into a park home for about 2 years before we finally decided to move!
We put it on hold when a family member passed away but kept researching and thinking about it. Finally, we felt that we should just do it and we decided to do some viewings and booked an appointment.
Most of our family moved away and we decided to move from Cheshire to Lancashire as well.
When we visited the park, we met with Sam who showed us at least 4 different show homes which were available. We finally chose a Willerby Hazlewood Park Home. Its 36×20 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and just perfect for our lifestyle!
Once we decided, we really couldn’t wait. We sold our home in September and moved in to our park home in November.
We have a Shih Tzu, her name is Lily and she is 7 years old. We take Lily for walks through the forest and walk her into Preston, its really quiet with no cars around.
We love the park and moving here and this is honestly one of the best thing we ever did!
So again, the fabulous location, new friends and lovely lifestyle just makes it a dream come true.!
Just Don’t think too much and believe in it and do it!!
We are part of a committee on park which plans BBQs and Christmas parties and hang flower baskets around the park. The residents put money together to do all of this.
We have made loads of friends and it’s a strong and helpful community!
