Gattington Residential Park Open Weekends

Gattington Residential Park in Lincolnshire is an exclusive park home estate situated in beautiful countryside, near the village of Coningsby, it is ideally located for those who are looking forward to relaxing and enjoying their life.

Situated close to the river Witham with its fishing and moorings and the hamlet of Dogdyke, the area is famous for its RAF base, fighter jets and the Battle of Britain Memorial site.  There is a local bus service from outside the park and banks, cosy pubs and supermarkets are just a mile away in Coningsby.

The wonderful, rugged, East Coast is just a 45 minute drive away, as are the nearby towns of Lincoln, Boston and Sleaford.

Manor Court Residential Park Open Weekends

Manor Court Park is known for its surrounding beauty, country setting and friendly atmosphere.  With just 16 exclusive homes on the park, it has a very personal feel and the residents take great pride caring for their gardens and ensuring the park looks its best through all seasons of the year.

Located on the edge of Biggleswade in Bedfordshire the park is just a mile from the local village and walking distance from the nearest bus stop. With a local store close by, this park is well positioned for a comfortable and relaxing lifestyle.

Nearby, situated along the A1 between Letchworth and St Neots is the market town of Biggleswade.  The name Biggleswade evolved from the ford across the River Ivel upon which it sits.  The name meant “Biceil’s ford in Saxon times; and “waed” is the Saxon word for a ford.  Although once upon a time there was a medieval castle here, nothing now remains but earthworks and crop marks.  During the early 19th century the town was a bustling inland port, connected to the sea by the Ivel Navigation (canal).

The park is situated near many local villages full of shopping experiences. Whether it’s artisanal craft shops or modern, high-street options found in The nearby Atlantic Village & Barnstaple High Street. Public transport links are very well supported, with a bus stop located right outside the park and makes scheduled trips to the popular town of Barnstaple.

Saltmarshe Castle Residential Park Open Weekends

Saltmarshe Castle Residential Park is located in peaceful and breath-taking woodland settings, boasting fabulous south facing views over the Bromyard downs and the Malvern hills. 

This astonishing park has been created in the grounds of Saltmarshe Castle, a former country house and estate first owned by the Higginson family and then through the generations to the Barnaby family in 1946.

Although the Castle itself was demolished many years ago, parts of the outer walls and turrets still remain, together with various outbuildings, stables, ice house and cider wheel, making this park a unique place to live.
