These homes are usually offered for sale as seen, making them an affordable option for those on a tight budget. In some cases, these homes can be refurbished to save you the bother (additional costs may apply).

All of our preloved homes come with a gas and electric check done to offer you peace of mind.

If you are happy with what you see, you could be moved into one our preloved homes within 24 hours of seeing it*
