“I’m completely delighted with this improvement programme”, says Alfie Best. “We are working to increase our holiday makers quality of life, but also moving forward, to offer even more people the chance of spending true quality time with friends and family at this stunning park which is full of potential”, adds the Wyldecrest Parks’ Chairman.
Wyldrecrest Parks is also breathing life back into Port Haverigg Marina Village, by developing the unique facilities offered by this park located near the picturesque town of Millom, Cumbria, surrounded by sandy beaches and amazing landscapes. This includes revamping the “Watersports and Marina”, which offers a wide range of watersports ativities with fully accredited instructors, one-to-one tuition and equipment hire.
The lake has recently hosted The UK Wakeboarding Championships and is popular with water skiers from beginner to professional level. Sports fans may have seen documentaries about the Port Haverigg Watersports Team, featured on Channel 4 and The Extreme Channel on SKY TV.
