Westover Park: Located on the border of Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire, this extremely popular park is located close to the world-famous beach of Tenby.
However, it boasts of a multitude of amazing beaches including the lovely sandy beach – Telpyn (less than 8 miles from the park)

The Park has spectacular views over the open countryside and is a very popular park.
The sandy Pentewan beach is less than 6 miles and is a great, big clean beach for swimming & surfing.
Another beautiful beach Porthpean (6 .1 miles from park) is another gorgeous beach worth visiting. A Single track road leads down to a large car park. There is a cafe on the beach & an outbound activity centre plus sailing club.
The more popular beaches & towns of Looe & Polperro are within a 25 mile radius as well.

This Park which lies in the sunniest region of the UK & no surprise it is home to a multitude of beaches. It has the Bognor Regis beach (2.3 miles) famous for its promenade & the Elmer beach (3.6 miles) close-by.

This Park close to the Preston city-centre but still tucked away in a quiet, peaceful spot is less than 15 miles from the lovely sandy St Anne’s beach which has an expansive sandy beach, Victorian Pier historic windmill & stylish independent shops.
The extremely popular Blackpool beach is less than 15 miles & was recently awarded its first blue flag as well putting it on par with other world renowned sites including the Mediterranean Sea and the Pacific coastline.

This cute park on the east coast is situated in a beautiful village & the popular Skegness beach is about 25 miles away. Another gorgeous beach Ingoldnells is about 27 miles out
Skegness has been voted as one of the cleanest beaches in the UK & boasts of golden sands and multitude of attractions. Good parking is available and within close walking distance of the many amenities of Skegness town. Horse and cart rides around the town can be picked up alongside the beach

Positioned close to the beautiful Conwy Castle and nestled on the edge of Snowdonia Mountains while still less than one mile from the beach, Bryn Gynog Park is an undiscovered jewel in North Wales.

This Park boasts of an awesome location being situated on the gorgeous Dorset coast.
Durley Chine Beach (award-winning Blue Flag beach) is less than 4.5 miles from the park, has amazing views of Bournemouth to the left & the Old Harry Rocks to the right. The parking at this particular Beach is quite easy as Disabled spaces on a flat road leading along to Beach with no steps.
Branksome Dene: lovely sandy beach less than 5 miles from the park. It has a large car park (£2 per hour) with toilets. It has some lovely views from the clifftop, has clean-soft water & is actually quite a hidden gem!

We have now settled into our home & the park & love to explore the surrounding areas. We just Pack a Picnic & Go & head out to visit a new town or a beach.
We often visit the various beaches around our park which are all less than a 30 minute drive from our home. With so much to explore & see, we are enjoying every moment of our retirement!
