It is perfectly located for travel into London which it borders, along with sharing the borders with Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire & Kent.

One of these parks, Crouch Park which is nestled alongside the stunning River Crouch with its lovely riverside walk which leads into the ancient village of Hullbridge, to the many pubs serving homemade food. Bus services are available to all local towns, and the park is conveniently located for Southend and Stansted Airports with the train station being nearby.
Located at Noak Hill, Romford, Lakeview is a mature well-established park set out in a variety of locations, giving the overall feel of a small village. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance for your convenience.
We have a brand new plot now available in Crouch Park & another one in Lakeview Park. These parks are almost always full – so please get in touch urgently if you are interested as these will be snapped up very soon.
