The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show returned to Stoneleigh Park from 12–14 June 2026, following a dedicated Trade Preview Day on 11 June, bringing together manufacturers, park operators, suppliers, service providers and prospective homeowners from across the UK.
Widely regarded as one of the biggest events in the park home and leisure living calendar, the show provides visitors with the opportunity to compare homes, meet industry experts, and explore everything the lifestyle has to offer.
For Wyldecrest Parks, this year’s event was particularly special as it formed part of our 25th anniversary celebrations.
A Show That Brings the Industry Together
Stoneleigh is one of the few places where every corner of the park home industry comes together. From leading manufacturers and park operators to insurance providers, finance specialists, media partners and suppliers, visitors had access to an incredible wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Throughout the weekend, it was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces and put faces to names we often speak to throughout the year. We enjoyed catching up with industry colleagues from organisations including Omar Group, Prestige, Foundry Living, Regency Living, Talk Media (Park Home & Holiday Living Magazine), Park Home Living, alongside many other businesses that help shape and support the sector.
The weather may have started with rain during setup on Wednesday and continued into Thursday’s Trade Day, but by Friday the clouds had lifted. Visitors were greeted by glorious sunshine across the weekend, creating the perfect atmosphere for exploring the showground.
Omar Group’s Impressive Show Village
One of the highlights of the event was the impressive display village created by Omar Group. Their stand featured a range of residential park homes, luxury lodges and innovative new models, giving visitors the opportunity to step inside and compare layouts, finishes and styles side-by-side. Omar Group showcased twelve homes in total, ranging from park homes and lodges to roof terrace designs and brand-new model launches.
We were especially pleased to see the Omar Westbury 40×14 on display – a beautiful home that Wyldecrest Parks has already secured and which is now available at Seabreeze Park in Durham. Seeing visitors walk through the home and experience its design firsthand reinforced exactly why it has proved so popular.
Celebrating 25 Years of Wyldecrest Parks
Our own marquee became a hub of activity throughout the weekend as we celebrated 25 years of Wyldecrest Parks.
Visitors were welcomed by a large milestone timeline banner charting our journey from 2001 through to 2026, showcasing the growth of the business and the milestones that have helped make Wyldecrest Parks the UK’s largest park home operator.
The anniversary celebrations didn’t stop there.
Our popular Spin the Wheel competition attracted visitors throughout the show, with prizes including:
- Money off a new park home purchase
- Two-night stays at a Wyldecrest Holiday Park
- Luxury hampers
- Chocolates and bottles of bubbly
- Wyldecrest Parks merchandise
We also handed out lots of Wyldecrest tote bags filled with useful goodies including notebooks, pens, wildflower seeds, branded air fresheners and our popular flashlight keychains.
Meanwhile, our front table became a favourite stop for families, with branded sweets, biscuits and buckets of lollipops available for children, parents and grandparents alike.
To celebrate the start of the FIFA World Cup, we distributed hundreds of England flags featuring Wyldecrest branding on the reverse, which proved incredibly popular throughout the weekend (especially with the kids!)
Meeting Future Park Home Owners
One of the most rewarding aspects of attending Stoneleigh each year is the opportunity to speak directly with people who are exploring park home living for the first time.
Across the three public days, we met hundreds of visitors at different stages of their journey. Some were only just beginning their research into residential park home living, while others had visited our parks previously and returned to continue the conversation.
Many visitors left with a clearer understanding of the lifestyle, while others booked appointments to visit parks across our network in the coming weeks.
As one first-time visitor, Scott, told us:
‘I’d heard about park homes before, but this was the first time I’d actually stepped inside one and spoken to people who live and work in the industry. It completely changed my perception and it helped that we could compare homes and services. The homes were much more spacious and modern than I expected, and everyone was incredibly helpful in answering my questions.’
These face-to-face conversations are invaluable. They allow us to answer questions, provide reassurance and help people understand what life on a residential park can really look like.
Teamwork Across the Business
For our Marketing team, Stoneleigh also provided a rare opportunity to spend quality time with colleagues from across the country.
With members of our Sales team travelling from parks throughout England, the show created an opportunity for teams who usually work remotely from one another to come together in person.
We were also joined by our National Sales Director, David Masters, who reflected on what made this year’s event so special:
“Celebrating 25 years of Wyldecrest Parks at Stoneleigh made this year’s show particularly meaningful. Looking back at how far we’ve come, while speaking to people who are just beginning their own park home journey, was a real reminder of why we do what we do. The atmosphere across the weekend was fantastic, and it was brilliant to see our team, customers and industry partners all coming together.”
David also became the centre of one of the weekend’s most memorable moments.
In what quickly became an ongoing show joke, our Sales Manager from Saltmarshe Castle Park surprised him with personalised mugs and cushions featuring his face alongside the slogan: “The Man. The Myth. The Sales Director.”
What started as an internal joke soon took on a life of its own. The cushions appeared in the Omar show home before making their way around the showground, where exhibitors, suppliers and visitors happily posed for photographs with them. It quickly became one of the weekend’s most entertaining talking points and generated plenty of laughs throughout the event.
Networking Beyond the Showground
The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show is as much about community & relationships as it is about homes.
On Thursday evening, Omar Group kindly invited a number of business partners to dinner as a thank-you for their continued support. The evening provided a fantastic opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues in a more relaxed setting.
The celebrations continued on Saturday evening with the official Park Home & Holiday Living Dinner at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club, followed by the Park Home Champions Awards in collaboration with Quickmove Properties, recognising achievements and contributions across the industry.
Looking Ahead
As another successful Stoneleigh Show has come to a close, we’d like to thank everyone who visited our stand, entered our competitions, picked up a tote bag, shared a conversation with our team or simply stopped by to say hello.
One member of our marketing team summed up the spirit of the weekend perfectly:
“One of the best parts of the weekend was seeing so many different generations visiting the show together. We spoke to couples planning their next chapter, families helping parents explore their options, and even children collecting sweets and waving England flags. It really highlighted the sense of community that sits at the heart of park home living.”
The event once again demonstrated why park home living continues to grow in popularity, with more people than ever exploring the benefits of affordable, community-focused and lifestyle-led living.
For Wyldecrest Parks, it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate 25 years of helping people find their perfect park home while looking ahead to the future of the industry.
If you met us at Stoneleigh and would like to continue the conversation, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re just starting your park home journey or ready to find your next home, our team is here to help.
Here’s to the next 25 years.
