Mr. and Mrs. Burch are moving from a park home to a Wyldecrest residential park in Otterham Cornwall.
They absolutely swear by the lifestyle that a park home offers and have decided to move because they wanted to be part of more ‘secure’ and ‘established’ park home company like Wyldecrest.
We did our research and we were so sure that we wanted to move from our residential park. We were open to a few locations and we visited a few different Wyldecrest residential sites.
Otterham Park ticked all our boxes and we decided to reserve the plot right away.
We got the option to customize our home as per what we wanted. After having lived in a park home we knew a few things were more important than the others. We spent about 4 hours designing our home and also had a walk around the factory to see how everything was being built.
The good news is that our home should be built and ready in 3 months’ time. We chose a gorgeous semi-open Elegance Amber home.
For sofas we chose the standard ones which come with the home. Our home is a two-bedroom (with en-suite) and two bathrooms home with a utility room as well.
For our bathrooms, we chose vanity units of pedestal ones. Our color scheme for the home is grey and it flows all through the home. We chose a 50 – 50 fridge-freezer and an electric hob rather than gas. For our utility room, we chose a standard washing machine and Grey color units. For the bathroom, we chose a shower over the bath and grey blinds. Our carpet is grey to match our furniture. We also want outside taps and an outside socket. We didn’t want the Resitex finish – we wanted the Excel finish in grey – it is easier to maintain and can just clean it with a wash once a year! We chose a Howdens kitchen – Hi-gloss Grey effect. Our dream home has been ordered and we are now getting ready for our move. Our new park is in Otterham, Cornwall and promises to be a great location to spend the rest of our lives.
