We used to live in a bungalow in Swansea, literally five minutes from Woodlands residential park. It was a beautiful bungalow with a massive garden.
The garden became a little too much for us to keep up so we started looking for downsizing options.
We started to look at residential parks as they seemed to be a great cost-effective option with a good lifestyle.
We found a preloved home on the park but we actually wanted a new one. We met with the park manager Adrian and found out that Wyldecrest had plans for a few new homes.
We then booked an appointment to view some park homes at the nearby Westover Residential Park. We viewed a few homes and fell in love with a Regency cross-lounge home. So we decided to place a holding deposit and order a brand new Regency Park Home.
We decided to order the home unfurnished as we had a lot of furniture and we wanted to decorate it to our tastes and needs.
The local area Is beautiful and picturesque and is filled with small quaint shops. We have now lived in the park for a few months now and have settled in perfectly along with our very popular ‘Daisy’, our Shitzu.
We have made friends for life in the park and it is a reassuring feeling that we are part of such a friendly community.
We actually mention it to each other on a daily basis about how happy we are with our home and our move to the park and wish we did it sooner.
Woodland Park in Swansea, South Wales is extremely popular due to its’ excellent location and established friendly community. That’s why new home opportunities here are often few and far between.
