All our residential parks have full residential status and can be used as your main residence where you can enjoy living all year round. 

You have rights under The Mobile Home Act which allows you to keep your park home on a plot of land, on our park, indefinitely.

Park home living is an excellent choice to reside with other semi-retired or retired likeminded people who have chosen to make the move to a more relaxing and easier lifestyle.

There is no conveyancing on the purchase of park home. However, you may wish to instruct a solicitor to   assist with your purchase. Purchasing a park home is a very straight forward process and we have an in house dedicated team who will guide and support all the way through.

Yes you can leave your park home in your will as part of your estate. Park homes can be sold in the same way as a bricks and mortar property. Wyldecrest Parks can consider buying the home back from you or assisting in its sale. Call us to find out more.

Yes it can, disabled access can also be arranged.

All park homes will have their own outside space for you to configure to your requirements

All of our parks have minimum parking for residents and visitors. Parking on your pitch can also be arranged should you require it.

Park homes are built to last. If maintained properly, it will last as long as bricks and mortar. All new park homes are built to British Standard specification.

Just like bricks and mortar properties, you will be responsible for council tax, utilities and insurance as well  as a pitch fee to us for the upkeep of the park. Park homes are band A council tax and we generally find that running costs are much lower than an equivalent bricks and mortar.

Every park has a set of rules to ensure that acceptable standards are maintained which will generally be a benefit to occupiers and to help promote and maintain community cohesion

Responsible pet owners are welcome on the majority of our parks.
