Wyldecrest Parks acquires new retirement site in Cheshire

One of the largest Park Home Operators in the UK has just bought another residential park in Cheshire. Wyldecrest Parks has recently added Bartington Hall to its nationwide portfolio.

The popular retirement park, accommodating 21 exclusively residential homes, is especially designed for retired and semi-retired people over the age of 50 years old and is located in Warrington Road, in the village of Bartington, approximately 5 miles northwest of Northwich, 20 miles south west of Manchester and 27 miles south east of Liverpool.

Wyldecrest Parks has now 44 residential and holiday mobile home parks spread across England, Scotland and Wales, including another residential site in Cheshire, two in Flintshire and another one in Conwy, Wales. Its Chairman, a successful and multimillionaire Romany Gypsy entrepreneur, started his professional path at the age of just 14 years old, buying and selling cars and vans, and he bought his first mobile home park in Essex in 2001.

Nowadays, the company is valued at around £200 million and it’s the only one within its business sector which is ISO 9001 accredited. In October, Wyldecrest Parks was recognized with the 2015 LondonlovesExcellence Retail & Property Business Award and it is set to become the largest park home operator in the country soon.
