You couldn’t miss Jenny’s happy, positive vibe and she showed us her beautiful park home. She has recently added a gazebo and was busy planting to get her garden ready for the summer.
We love it here – absolutely living the dream! It is a beautiful place to live – everyone knows everyone!
I moved here to be close to my daughter who had taken unwell, she is doing really well now!
We love our home, the location and the absolutely friendly community in the park.
I have 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren who absolutely love my home. They love to visit us often.
Thank you so much Jenny and Peter for a lovely chat.
Your home and garden are so lovely – we can imagine spending a lot of beautiful summer evenings soaking in the sun and your lovely plants and flowers.
We wish you loads of continued happy times in your lovely home and park and look forward to catching up with you again.

We have three parks next to each other in the Guildford area
The Willows – plot available
Surrey Hills –new home available
Chapel Farm – new home available
The 3 parks are adjoining and you could visit them together to see which home/plot works best for you. We are able to offer home visits every day with prior appointments.
Time frames, we do work with you so if you felt your chosen park was the right location for your new home you can reserve a plot and no pressure will be put on you to complete. Park and Plot are key as you know, so hopefully this will also put your mind at rest.
On the other hand, if someone wants to move immediately & if they choose one of the new Show Homes we have on the parks, they should be able to move in a week! (Obviously once all paperwork/payments etc. are completed)
Reserving any show home – a token deposit will secure the plot and the home for you with the balance paid on completion.
All are residential parks are licensed, fully-residential parks & you live in them 365 days of the year. They are 12-month fully residential with their own postal address. We welcome responsible pet-owners in most of our parks
