Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Head Office Team based in Essex.

The right candidate must have:

  • Commitment and enthusiasm
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive “can do” attitude and quickly establish oneself to add value to the business
  • Be able to liaise with contractors/suppliers and in-house maintenance to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of planned works, including remedial/treatment works, gas safety certificates and electrical installations
  • Proven experience in a similar type position
