Credit Control Assistant

Remuneration will be based on experience, on a full-time basis and office-based working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (with one-hour unpaid break for lunch).

  • To assist in managing the recovery of funds due from Residents, Renters.
  • To chase unpaid direct debits/all companies
  • Contact debtors with outstanding balances and agree on payment plans.
  • Take payments by telephone and update rent sheets accordingly.
  • Assist in producing regular reports and summaries of the debt picture.
  • To provide and analyse the Aged Debtors Report for each Park on the 28th of each month.
  • To reconcile balances between the rent sheet and sage raising invoices/credit notes to update sage as necessary.
  • To assist Senior Credit Controller in other Ad hoc duties.
  • Microsoft excel and Sage 200 proficient
  • To provide cover for Senior Credit Controller on Commercial Tenants.
