About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our Head Office team. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will be an integral part of the Marketing Department, helping to shape our digital presence, our brand consistency and actively working on our reputation management in order to achieve objectives. We are replacing a key headcount and are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Community & Engagement: Monitor performance, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively build relationships with our online community.
- Content Creation: Develop original content, including graphics, short-form videos, blog posts, and infographics.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns, assist in organising promotions, and support influencer marketing efforts.
- Brand & Analytics: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and style, and assist in analysing marketing data (website traffic, email performance, social engagement) to inform future strategy.
- Customer Service Support: Assist in Customer Service calls and help with customer service questionnaires for new sales and testimonials.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal project experience is welcome).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
- An understanding of how Google Search Ads & Meta Ads are created, enhanced and adjusted.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Proficiency in key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- The ability to work independently, multitask, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Other Requirements: A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel and visit locations for content creation/shows is essential.
